Anssi Klemetti

I co-lead Blic’s Brussels office with Petja Piilola. I have extensive experience in planning and executing EU advocacy strategies across various sectors. A key part of my work is delving deeply into the specific details of my clients’ businesses.

My expertise lies in the regulation of the energy and transportation sectors. Over the course of my career, I have represented nearly all mainstream forms of energy production in Brussels’ political debates. I also specialize in building large cross-border coalitions among EU member states.

Before transitioning to EU policy, I worked on Baltic Sea regional issues at the Centrum Balticum think tank and at the Turku School of Economics, University of Turku.
