I joined Blic in August 2025 as a Manager. I have over ten years of experience in energy, environmental, and industrial policy as well as in legislative drafting and implementation in Finland and the EU. Before joining Blic, I worked in a key role at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment’s Energy Department, focusing on renewable energy legislation, particularly the reform of the distribution obligation and sustainability laws, as well as promoting the production and use of renewable hydrogen. I also participated in EU-level negotiations, such as the Fit for 55 package and the RED III directive. Prior to the Ministry, I worked at the Energy Authority, where I was responsible for implementing and supervising the national sustainability system for biofuels.

I am particularly interested in how companies can influence regulation and promote sustainable business in a changing operating environment. Working at Blic offers a unique opportunity to combine this interest with practical advocacy work. I am especially motivated by the chance to leverage my experience in legislative drafting to support clients’ objectives while continuously learning about different industries.
