Heidi Fransila

I bring the expertise of a government official to our company's toolbox. I had a long career in the Ministry of Defence before joining Blic as a social influencer. During my civil service career, I was involved in developing Finland's security and defence policy and international defence cooperation between different states, authorities and international organisations. I have gained international experience working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Finnish Embassy in Washington and the British Ministry of Defence. At home, I have also worked for the Ministry of Defence and the NGO CMI. I hold a Master of Arts degree from The George Washington University in the United States.

At Blic, I am involved in a number of different client teams in addition to my defence clients. It is also a pleasure to be involved in developing Blic as a company and a working community.
