Maiju Nikula

I started at Blic in September 2023, and I was attracted to the company because it offers the opportunity to work as a versatile generalist and have an impact on topics that are relevant to me. I have gained work experience in consulting and in government. In previous consultancy roles, I focused largely on change management.

I am currently completing my studies in Strategic Management in a Changing World at Aalto University. During my studies I have been particularly interested in strategy work and accountability.
