Maiju Nikula

I started at Blic in September 2023. I was drawn to the company because it offers the opportunity to work in a diverse generalist role and allows me to advocate for topics that are meaningful to me. I have accumulated work experience in consulting and the public sector. In previous consultancy role, I focused largely on changing management.

I am currently finalizing my studies at Aalto University, majoring in Strategic Management in a Changing World. Throughout my studies, I have been particularly interested in strategy work and sustainability.
