My first 100 days as CEO

Dear friends. It’s time for a quick update. Yesterday marked my 100th day as CEO of Blic. This period of just over three months has been incredibly rewarding. I am immensely grateful to the entire Blic team for the hard work we’ve done to further develop our operations. The level of expertise and vision within this team is truly exceptional!

Here are a few highlights of the areas we’ve focused on in recent months – and which will remain key priorities moving forward:

1. The team. Right from the start, we launched a broad range of new initiatives to support employee well-being and professional development. It’s clear that today’s fast-paced working life, combined with the company’s strong growth, places a heavy burden on all of us. That’s why we wanted to strengthen day-to-day support and develop practices that help us recover and grow at work. We cannot succeed in the future unless our team is in good shape and feeling well. That’s why investing in team well-being is central to us – and will continue to be.

2. Clients. I set a goal to strengthen how we listen to our clients and to sharpen our operations so that we are even more responsive to how we can serve our clients better and deliver an improved customer experience – both now and in the future. As consultants, we exist for our clients, and it’s important to us that this is evident in our daily work and in our long-term partnerships.

3. Focusing on business-critical PA challenges. When I started as CEO, I wrote a review where I asked: Who will succeed in this market? My answer then was: those who are able to help their clients solve business-critical influence and public affairs challenges will succeed. Now that spring has progressed and I’ve followed the market closely, I still stand firmly behind that statement.

Our starting point for this year is strong. Last year, we recorded significant revenue growth compared to the previous year – a result the whole team can be proud of. The past year was a success, and now the challenge for me and the team is to build even greater stories for this year and the years to come. This can be achieved by serving our clients even better and supporting the personal growth of our team to become even stronger.
