Welcome to Blic, our new analysts Emma Ward and Saara Nissi

Emma Ward joined our Helsinki office as an analyst in November. Emma is an expert in ESG issues with strong knowledge of corporate responsibility regulation, energy, and environmental matters. She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Helsinki, majoring in Environmental Change and Global Sustainability. Previously, Emma worked in sustainability and advocacy roles at Energiateollisuus ry, CGI Oy, and Suomen Kiertovoima ry. She is motivated by the opportunity to work at the intersection of society and business and to engage with timely and meaningful topics.

Saara Nissi has also been working as an analyst at our Helsinki office since November. Saara holds Master’s degrees in both Philosophy and Social Sciences from Tampere University. Her strength lies in combining communication with societal analysis - especially in tasks where communication enhances impact and builds bridges between stakeholders. Saara brings versatile experience from roles in both government and the corporate sector, and she looks forward to diverse client projects and finding creative solutions to meet their needs.
