Blic's new analyst Johannes Vänttinen

Welcome to Blic our new analyst Johannes Vänttinen!

I work as an analyst at Blic's office in Brussels. I advise our clients on influencing EU decision-making, analyze the work of EU institutions in relation to key issues for our clients, and prepare reports. I am inspired by diverse client needs and the international working environment.

I hold a Master's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Helsinki, where I focused on EU policy research. Before joining Blic, I gained experience at the European Commission, among other places. My most recent role was at the Prime Minister’s Office, where I analyzed issues related to foreign and security policy as well as the safeguarding of critical societal functions.

In addition to my work and studies, I have led several associations and national project organizations, which have provided me with a broad network and a diverse skill set.
