I began my traineeship at Blic’s office in Helsinki in March. My responsibilities include monitoring domestic political developments, observing legislative processes, and contributing to client assignments.

I have a background in political journalism and several years of experience covering both Finnish and EU-level politics and legislation. In addition, I have worked within the Finnish Ministry of Justice on issues related to democracy and EU funding, as well as in the third sector, where my work has focused on promoting digital information literacy. I hold a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the University of Turku with a major in political history.

At Blic, I am able to apply my strong media expertise alongside a solid understanding of public administration and political institutions. I aim to deepen my practical knowledge of advocacy methods and look forward to engaging client interactions and project work.
