Sallamaarit Markkanen

My working week is structured around the tasks of account manager, monitoring policy developments and external visibility. I have gained experience in a variety of assignments in sectors such as food, ICT and grocery. I am at my strongest when working on challenging projects and when I get to use my creativity and come up with new ideas.

My influencing career started in municipal politics in Siilijärvi, and over the years I have held positions of work and trust in the European Parliament, the Ministry of Education and Culture, and the Centre Party's Executive Committee. Alongside my work, I have studied business studies and social sciences.

I bring to the Blic team, in addition to my good organisational and photographic skills, a lot of Savoese humour and wit.
