Vesa Vuorenkoski

I serve as a Partner at Blic. I support our clients in addressing complex or challenging public affairs issues while also contributing to Blic’s sustainable growth.

I offer clients insights into resolving business challenges by navigating legislative change opportunities, regulatory processes, and political decision-making. In my previous role at the Prime Minister’s Office, I served as State Secretary to Minister for European Affairs and Ownership Steering Tytti Tuppurainen, where I was responsible for state ownership policy and governance. Prior to that, I was Head of Public Affairs at Akava. My work has covered issues related to digitalization, the green transition, market liberalization, and geopolitical shifts. I hold degrees in both Law and Political Science.

Outside of work, I’m a recreational pilot and a year-round bike commuter, as well as a family man. I believe that all problems are made to be solved.
